tzAvoRite Lens Acceptance Requirements:
• Lenses must be uncut
• Do not put any kind of backside hardcoating on lenses
• Lenses cannot be larger than 78mm or smaller than 50 mm
• Minimum edge thickness no less than 0.5mm
• No cylinder power over -4.00D
• Minimum center thickness of 1.5mm
• All residue should be completely cleaned from lenses
• Lenses should be thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, wiped with alcohol, and air dried
• We are unable to coat lined bifocal/trifocals/executive/slab off and tinted lenses
• Please include box tops with lenses

All of these steps will prevent contamination on the lens which could affect adhesion.
Lenses not in compliance will be returned as-is.
